Our Story
KCCL's Foundation
Founded in 2026 in Mission, Texas, KCCL, LLC was created to provide high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities—especially those with complex medical needs—throughout Texas.
Our team brings together years of experience across intellectual and developmental disability services, health care, pharmacy, nursing, billing, fiscal compliance, and program management.
KCCL Mission
KCCL’s mission is to provide safe, dignified, and individualized Home and community-based Services [HCS] and Texas Home Living [TxHmL] services that help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, self-directed lives in the least restrictive setting of their choice. We are also committed to providing strong medication and health oversight to support safety, continuity of care, and quality of life.

Our vision is to be a trusted, high-quality HCS and TxHmL provider recognized across our service area for responsive intake, well-trained direct support professionals, attentive nursing support, and measurable outcomes that improve independence and community integration for the people we serve.
